Bek Arsenal, Shkodran Mustafi merayakan gol ke gawang Watford

LONDON – Tiga poin sempurna sukses didulang Arsenal dalam matchweek 30 Premier League saat menang 3-0 dari Watford, Minggu malam WIB 11 Maret 2018. Laga ini seolah menjadi panggung The Gunners kembali ke jalur kemenangan usai berjaya atas AC Milan di Liga Europa beberapa waktu lalu.

Duel ini menjadi begitu penting bagi skuat Meriam London mengingat mereka harus berupaya keras memaksimalkan posisi agar tidak keluar dari zona Liga Europa. Arsenal membuka keunggulan menit 8 kala bek Shkodran Mustafi yang sukses mencatatkan namanya di papan skor.

Memanfaatkan assist tendangan bebas Mesut Oezil, Mustafi yang ada tepat di depan gawang Watford tanpa ampun menanduk bola yang tak terbendung Orestis Karnezis. Arsenal pun unggul 1-0 hingga babak pertama berakhir.

Bomber anyar Pierre Emerick Aubameyang mengubah papan skor menjadi 2-0 di menit 59. Kerja sama Henrikh Mkhitaryan dengan Aubameyang berhasil membuahkan gol kedua The Gunners, 14 menit usai kick off babak kedua. Arsenal pun unggul 2-0.

Dalam proses gol tersebut, serangan balik cepat dan mematikan Arsenal terbukti ampuh melumpuhkan pertahanan Watford. Watford sebenarnya berpeluang memperkecil skor saat Troy Deeney mengekskusi hadiah penalti namun masih dapat dimentahkan oleh Petr Cech di menit 62.

Gelandang anyar, Henrikh Mkhitaryan mencetak gol ketiga Arsenal di laga tersebut usai memanfaatkan assist Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang di menit 77. Proses gol ini layaknya aksi "balas budi" Aubameyang yang merubah skor menjadi 2-0 di menit 59 berkat assist Mkhitaryan.

Dengan kemenangan ini, poin Arsenal menjadi 48 angka dan bertahan di posisi keenam sedangkan Watford tertahan di urutan 10 klasemen sementara Premier League 2017/18.
