BENGKALIS - Ketua Forum Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) Bersatu Kabupaten Bengkalis Darwis AK mendukung langkah hukum yang ditempuh Bupati Bengkalis Amril Mukminin terhadap kasus pencemaran nama baik yang dilakukan oknum pimpinan media massa Harian Berantas.
Darwis juga sangat kecewa terhadap salah satu anggotanya Toro ZL yang tercatat sebagai kepala Bidang Pengembangan / Penelitian Hukum dan Ham di Forum LSM Bersatu yang dipimpinnya.
" Saya kecewa dengan saudara Toro terkait masalah pemberitaan yang dilakukannya secara berulang ulang kali dengan isi yang sama menyudutkan Bupati Bengkalis. Dalam UU Pers nomor 40 tahun 1999 itu memang tidak dibunyikan setiap wartawan memberitakan secara berulang - ulang kali, namun pemberitaan tersebut menjatuh kan petinggi nomor 1 di Negeri Junjungan, dengan demikian ada dugaan unsur pemerasan terhapat Bupati. Secara kasarnya minta di panggil karena menginginkan sesuatu," pungkas Darwis, Sabtu (24/11/2018) kepada sejumlah wartawan.
Oleh karena itu lanjut Darwis, Forum LSM Bersatu Kabupaten Bengkalis mendukung langkah hukum yang ditempuh Bupati Amril.
"Jadi apa yang dilakukan bupati Amril dengan melaporkan kasus pencemaran nama baiknya kepada penegak hukum itu sudah tepat. Dalam organisasi Forum LSM Bersatu saya sebagai ketua sangat menyayangkan kasus ini. Oleh karenanya dalam waktu ini kami akan mengadakan rapat internal anggota pengurus Forum LSM Bersatu menyangkut dengan prilaku seorang anggota pengurus, yang kita duga melanggar keputusan dalam AD/RT pada BAB VI tentang sangsi organisasi pada pasal 8," tutup Darwia, Ak.(Rilis)
